What is the average response time of the Police to a crime scene before and after the revolution? Has anyone noticed that when Mr. Aboul Fetouh got carjacked last night Feb 23 ONtv heard about it and reported the incident an hour after it happened. Did you notice also that the reporter mentioned that the Police had not arrived to the crime scene or even contacted anyone involved in the accident. You may not be surprised by all this. My question: Is the Police any different now than before the reveloution?
